June 13th & 14th Basic Open Water Scuba Class

1. ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS.
2. Have all required equipment 
3. Complete all chapters of E-Learning
4. Complete medical & risk awareness paperwork in-store.
5. Must come to store prior to first day to fill out paperwork, go over and fit equipment
